A Message from the Kitchen

Welcome to Kouzina (our kitchen), where I aim to share with you my passion for the wonderful dishes of modern Greece and the Mediterranean.

The cuisine of Greece is one of the worlds great culinary characters. It represents a fusion of influences from the Middle East, Asia and Africa. It offers unique flavour combinations along with familiar culinary forms.

As well as sourcing produce from fine local suppliers, I have sought to showcase unique and interesting ingredients from Greece herself.

As the warmer weather takes hold, I trust my food will bring with it the warmth and glow so evocative of Greece and the Mediterranean. Perhaps a little taste of the Grecian magic will come your way at Kouzina.

If you are not sure as to which dishes to select, may I suggest you start with a selection of various mezedes (tapas) dishes which are designed to be shared. Don't forget to try our famous flaming Saganaki!
