The food prepared and served to you reflects the years the chef owner Theo spent cooking in Greece and his previous restaurants here in Melbourne, combined with his passion for the Mediterranean cuisine.


Although the true results cannot be done without the work of our team of chefs with their own knowledge, experience and successful backrounds.  Together, they ensure that the fusion of tastes and flavours are as unique as the menu offered.

Chef & owner Theo appreciates that a growing number of people have special dietary requirements. It can sometimes be hard to find a quality restaurant that is happy to cater these growing needs.

With this in mind, Theo welcomes those with food requirements to book at Kouzina. He will endeavor to cater to any diet possible - he loves the challenge!. So, if you or someone you know suffers from coeliac disease, allergies, or has a vegetarian / vegan diet, Kouzina can offer you a quality dining experience while still caring for your needs.
